She also has deep knowledge of and experience in handling litigation; both Civil & Corporate disputes.

She has advised on several cross-border headlining acquisitions, including the $USD 1.6 billion Mylan acquisition of Agila Specialty, an Indian pharma company. Other key client engagements include AstraZeneca AB, Asian Paints, Mideast Intergrated Steels and Strides Shasun Limited. She has also advised various Indian corporates for raising capital through capital market offerings.
