Umang Mehta has over a decade of experience in Commercial Litigation and has been representing his client before High Courts, City Civil (District) Courts, Consumer Forums, RERA, Arbitrations, etc. He also deals with white-collar criminal litigation matters of the Firm.

Apart from the aforesaid, he holds expertise in matters pertaining to Insolvency & Bankruptcy Laws (IBC) and has been advising to various Resolution Professionals, Liquidators and Resolution Applicants and has been regularly representing his clients before the National Company LawTribunal’s (pan-India) and the NCLAT.

He also advises clients such as Societies and Developers with respect to Redevelopment of Societies.
